Until the 10 August, the call made by the Editors Fair will remain open (FED) to choose the Bookstore of the Year Award.

This call is intended for all bookstores in the country, and the winner will receive a monetary prize of 350 thousand pesos to buy books at the FED and 50 Percent discount on all attached stands of the Fair.

To participate, you will have to complete a form that is available on the website.: feriadeeditores.com.ar/premio-a-la-libreria. Regarding the announcement of the winning bookstore and the award ceremony will be held on October 1.

The jury is made up of quotas linked to the different parties that make a book possible. In the edit 2021 make up the jury Enrique Avogadro (Minister of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires), Flavia Pittella (journalist and writer), Cecilia Fanti (guest writer and bookseller at Céspedes Libros), Federico Gori (cultural promoter), Rachel Franco (publishing company) and Maria Gainza (writer).

This award is aimed at bookstores that work tirelessly to disseminate the book and create a space for cultural exchange inside and outside their physical space.. Bookstores are a focus for energizing local culture and a connection with international thought.
