Thursday 20 August will premiere in the virtual room of Puentes de Cine "Alba", Ana Cristina Barragán's documentary that tells the experiences of a girl from 11 years at the gates of adolescence.

"Alba" can be viewed through the site www.puentesdecine.com, with tickets that have a cost of 160 pesos that will be paid through Mercado Pago or credit or debit card (it should be added that the entry lasts 24 hours).

The story of this production revolves around a girl who spends most of her time in silence and likes tiny animals. An afternoon, her mother is admitted to the hospital and Alba will have to move in with Igor, a father whom you hardly know.

In that sense, Igor's attempts to get close to her, the first friends, the first kiss, visits to the mother in the hospital, They are stimuli that mark Alba's path towards the entrance to adolescence and acceptance of her family.

This production features the performances of Macarena Arias, Pablo Aguirre and Amaia Merino.

According to Barragán, in this film he seeks “a narrative that counts little, but make feel a lot, showing tips of things that are not seen, suggesting that they are very deep. I am interested in films that beyond a story, leave an aroma, a particular flavor that doesn't go away. I want to get away from a cold narrative and work from instinct, explore the contrast between tenderness and pain in a girl growing up. The illness, the blood, the hairs; the discovery and flourishing of a strange femininity, sometimes rough ".

"I want to find beauty in clumsy bodies, in the shame that Alba feels when listening to her father eat, in three single characters who hardly speak and are surrounded by noise ", ended.
