The play written and directed by José Luis Álvarez "Bodas de turquesa" is presented every Thursday at El Camarín de las Musas, with the performances of Agustín Tellechea and Lorena Viterbo.

This comedy narrates the life of a couple who leads 18 years of marriage and that will show their daily life and, as a result of this, the woman will resort to fantasies and alternative therapies. Meanwhile, man will resist without asking anything from life.

In the words of the director, “It is a customary work, in a timeless way, of values more typical of the end of the 20th century, where these nameless characters come to represent all men and all women”.

Likewise, the text seeks, since white comedy, "reflect a reality, although somewhat alien to the links of our times, perfectly recognizable in people close to our circle”, Alvarez added.

In this way, “from humor it is intended to recognize the feminine and masculine world, where the prototypical is somewhat exacerbated, but what, told truthfully, generates humor. The presence of characters that the public does not see, gives it a symbolic aura, involving the viewer in a discreet empowerment of the fourth wall, as anonymous protagonists of history”, playwright finished.

The functions will be every Thursday from 20.30, with tickets on sale at the Mario Bravo venue ticket offices 960 or by the Alternative Theatrical system.
