A few days after enjoying the total eclipse of the sun - a unique phenomenon that will not be seen again until 2048-, The MARCO La Boca Museum offers a free talk on spatial themes in Argentine art.

Located in the '60s, the virtual meeting proposes to delve into how during the cold war, a technological race was unleashed between the United States and the Soviet Union for the conquest of the milky way and the arrival to the moon.

In that context, numerous Argentine artists were interested in the ongoing events and made space exploration one of the favorite themes of the decade, especially local pop art representatives.

The proposal of the museum located in the traditional neighborhood of La Boca is to talk about the works of Juan Stoppani, Delia Cancela, Antonio Berni and Gyula Kosice, among others.

The appointment will be on Thursday 17 from December, starting at 18 and with the participation of the curator Evelyn Márquez. The talk will take place via zoom and you just have to pre-register by doing Click here!
