One of the most anticipated films for next year in our country is “Nomadland”, the first joint project between director Chloé Zhao (responsible for Marvel Eternals) y Searchlight Pictures.

The film recently received the Golden Lion for Best Film in the framework of its world premiere held at the 77th Venice Film Festival and also had its presentation at the 45th Toronto Film Festival and the Telluride Film Festival., which was recently carried out in Los Angeles. As for the festival tour, this production will be part of the 58th edition of the New York Film Festival.

"Nomadland" features the lead performance of Frances McDormand, Oscar winner in 2017 for Best Actress for her role in "Three commercials for a crime".

Regarding its history, revolves around the moment after the economic collapse of an industrial colony in rural Nevada. There is Fern (McDormand), who will gather his things in a van and go on an exploratory road trip, outside mainstream society and as a nomad of the modern era.
