A total of 100 Show personalities will be awarded diplomas of merit at the Konex Awards, highlighting his work in the last decade.

These distinctions will be awarded on Tuesday 26 October at Konex Cultural City, after the jury made up of 20 important personalities and chaired by Ricardo Darín, Its General Secretary is Graciela Borges and Norma Aleandro as Special Guest will choose the winners.

Every year, since 1980, the Konex Foundation rewards an activity different from Argentine culture. In 2021 It is the turn of the Show and the most outstanding figures of the last decade are awarded in 20 determined disciplines.

The 20 disciplines considered are: Theatre actress, Theater actor, Theater Director, Film actress, Cinema actor, Film director, TV Actress, Tv actor, TV director, Female Musical Performer, Male Musical Performer, Sole proprietorship, Infant and Youth, Documentary film, Script, Driver, Scenography, Locker room, Lighting and Production.

On the other hand, in this edition the Grand Jury has decided to honor the figures of the Show who died during the decade 2011-2020 that were awarded the Konex Prize in previous editions. It's about The Unforgettable: China Zorrilla, Fernando “Pino” Solanas, Antonio Carrizo, Eduardo “This” Pavlovsky, Sergio Renan, Diana Alvarez, Marcos Mundstock, Daniel Rabinovich, Hugo Arana and Alejandro Urdapilleta.

It is worth detailing that the awards gala will be held in the Great Hall, that will have mechanical ventilation and under the Covid protocol. In this opportunity, due to the health situation, the ceremony will be for guests only.
