Outstanding artists of the genre recently began rehearsals for the musical "Elizabeth I", the work that Nicolás Pérez Costa will carry out.

With original music by Pablo Flores Torres, This new proposal will feature the performances of Pérez Costa himself, Jorge Priano, Gustavo Monk, Patricia lorca, Sacha Bercovich and Juani Gé. Regarding its premiere, will hit the stage of the El Cubo theater in the middle of next month.

The story takes the English legend that tells that the famous Virgin Queen was actually a man. In that context, Pérez Costa gives rise to a fiction in which he proposes to talk about gender identity, the latent right for which we fight every day to be happy being what we imagine ourselves to be, beyond what is imposed.

With the assistance of Candela Regulez and General Coordination of Camila Otreras. Photography by Nacho Lunadei, set design by Lucio Tirao; and choreography by Verónica Pacenza.

The Original Music and Musical Direction of Pablo Flores Torres and with Book, letters and General Management of Nicolás Pérez Costa.
