“Musical Offerings” continues at CCK

During this Friday and Saturday, the cycle "Musical Offerings" will continue to offer high-level concerts that will be broadcast online by the platform of the Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK).

First, the concert that can be enjoyed today is that of "Giovanni Bottesini: Elegy – Julián Medina and Alberto Biggeri ". This show features the presence of the double bass player Julián Medina and the pianist Alberto Biggeri, who will perform the "Elegy" of the Italian composer and double bass virtuoso Giovanni Bottesini (1821-1889).

This concert was registered taking all the precautions and complying with the corresponding sanitary protocols on 12 of August.

Later, Saturday will be the turn of the soprano Oriana Favaro and the pianist Matías Galíndez, who will give life to two songs by the German composer Richard Strauss (1864-1949): "Cecilia" (“Cecilia”), on. 27 n° 2, on text by Heinrich Hart (1855-1906), y “Allerseelen” ("Day of the Dead"), on. 10 n° 8, on a poem by Hermann von Gilm Rosenegg (1812-1864).

Regarding this concert, was recorded on the 10th duration: 6 minutes. Recorded on 10 August 2020.

The recitals will begin at 20 and they are part of the first cycle of these characteristics carried out by an official institution from the beginning of the preventive and compulsory social isolation.
