The Emerging City, one of the most significant festivals that the City of Buenos Aires has, opened its call for bands to live this meeting in a particular context.

Thus, the invitation is open to all those artists in the country, who wish to share their music and participate in virtual training spaces, training and exchange with experts during November and December 2020, and to get on different stages of the City in 2021.

Registration is done by submitting until 3 music videos preferably recorded live, to which is added a video in which a member of the band tells why they want to be chosen to live the #ExperienciaEmergente, and completing the form on the web buenosaires.gob.ar/festivalesba or on the social networks of Festivals of the City (Youtube FestivalesGCBA, Facebook / FestivalesGCBA and Instagram @festivalesgcba) until the 16 October.

The path to be part of #ExperienciaEmergente consists of two stages. A first pre-selection phase of 48 bands that will be carried out by a jury made up of notable references from the Argentine musical field: Lula Bertoldi, singer and guitarist of Eruca Sativa; Zoe Gotusso, one of the young promises of local indie who was part of the group Salvapantallas and is now working on his first solo album; Juliana Gattas, miranda singer!; Juanchi Baleirón, Los Pericos singer and musical artistic producer; and Miguel “Maikel” By Luna Campos, Kapanga guitarist. further, the fans and all those who want to participate in the election, they can choose two more bands by voting.

The 50 Chosen bands will live the #ExperienciaEmergente, a valuable space for exchange between all bands and renowned artists, music managers and makers.
