Recently, the Córdoba Culture Agency launched its call for the "Provincial Dramaturgy Contest", in order to provide a greater space and disseminate the work of local artists.

This call will remain open until the 23 October, where the best short works will be searched. In that context, All Argentine authors can participate, older than 18 years, with residence and experience in the province of Córdoba.

Who is the winner of the contest, will receive an award of 60 A thousand pesos, while the second place will get 45 thousand. further, the jury may award up to two honorable mentions First and Second Mentions.

Each of the participants will be able to apply with a play, yes, each text is allowed to be written by more than one author. The pieces presented do not have thematic limitations or aesthetic proposals. They must be original, unpublished, not released and have not obtained awards or mentions, nor be pending a ruling in another contest or call for dramaturgy or as a theatrical text in calls for support for production at the municipal level, provincial or national until the date of resolution of the contest, in order to guarantee the anonymity of the author and / or authors and not influence the final decision of the jury.

Another important detail is that adaptations of theatrical works already published and / or represented or adaptations of published texts of any literary genre are not accepted. (story, soap opera, poetry, etc.)
