With a notable increase, both cultural spaces and attendees, Córdoba enjoyed a new Museum Night, with the initiative of promoting the formation of new audiences.
Organized jointly by the Córdoba Culture Agency, belonging to the Government of the aforementioned
province, the National University of Córdoba and the Municipality of Córdoba, along with dozens of cities and communes that were part of this year's edition; The Night of the Museums offered the possibility of enjoying traditional exhibition halls such as clubs and civil associations in addition to, social and cultural.
The Córdoba Culture Agency highlighted, as a balance, “the work carried out to add more than fifty museums throughout the provincial territory”. further, It was detailed that “the provincial portfolio has been working alongside them in different actions to strengthen and disseminate the important work they carry out in their localities.”, adding that “for some weeks now, We have been disseminating each of these museums on our sites, their proposals and actions, developing a joint work plan.
With respect to the localities that contributed the most proposals, beyond Córdoba Capital, The city of Villa María stood out, where, along with the Amadeo Sabatini Provincial Museum, six more local museums were folded, offering an interesting proposal.
On the other hand, In the city of Alta Gracia there was intense activity linking several of the most important museums in the province at night.. Among the provincial departments, Colón added seven institutions and Punilla added five, these being the ones with the greatest participation.
Other provincial spaces that joined the proposal were the Córdoba Lottery Museum, the Provincial Legislature, the Provincial University of Córdoba, Heaven and Earth Plaza, recently opened, Provincial Museum of Sports and the museums of the Agustín Garzón Agulla Schools, Mother Catalina and the College of Mary Institute of the slave sisters of the Heart of Jesus.
