With great repercussion from the public in the rooms and the presence of several guests, “Italian Film Week” ended.

This ninth edition was attended by more than two thousand spectators who showed an average of 60 percent occupancy in rooms.

This proposal, organized by Cinecittà with the support of the Italian Embassy, the Italian Institute of Culture of Buenos Aires and ICE (Italian Agency for Foreign Trade), had a quality programming that featured a selection of the eleven most representative films of current Italian film production.

Among the guests were Paolo Genovese, director of "The first day of my life"; Vincenzo Pirrotta, director and actor of "Rompehuesos"; Francesco Costabile, director of “Una femmina”; Clare Bellosi, Director of "Flying Chairs"; Marta Savina, director of "Primadonna"; and Niccolo Falsetti and Francesco Turbanti, director and actor of “Margins”, who accompanied their films and were present during the screenings to talk with the public.

Based in the Cinépolis de Recoleta, this edition included the projections of "The first day of my life" (The first day of my life) de Paolo Genovese; "Strangeness" (The Strangeness), but Roberto Andó; “Nostalgia”, by Mario Martone; "The King of Laughter" (Here I laugh) by Mario Martone; “Primadonna” de Marta Savina, "A female", by Francesco Costabile; "Breaks bones" (Bonecrusher) by Vincenzo Pirrotta; “Margins” (Margins) by Niccolo Falsetti; "little body" (Small body) by Laura Samani; “Flying chairs” (With a heel) by Chiara Bellosi and "September" by Giulia Louise Steigerwalt.

On the other hand, it was announced that the next edition will take place between 4 and the 10 April 2024.
