Dan Breitman takes his new solo show to the Paseo La Plaza stage
Renowned artist Dan Breitman will premiere his new show “I wanted a musical… so what?” in the Neruda room of Paseo La Plaza from 2 February.
Written by Breitman himself together with Dario Jalfin (who also takes care of the piano) and Virginia Magnago, this piece will be on every Thursday from 22.15 in the renowned porteño venue.
Actor, humorist, dancer and singer, Breitman returns to the stage to represent a story with different nuances; a self-referential piece that tells the vicissitudes of an expressive child who dreamed of being Judy Gardland or Barbra Strisand instead of playing soccer like her peers.
In “I wanted a musical… so what?” the public will have the opportunity to learn more about this great artist, in a narrative to laugh and get excited, traversed by beautiful songs.
Tickets can be purchased at the local ticket offices or through the system PlateaNet.
Breitman trained at the López Buchardo Conservatory, at the Hugo Midón School and at the Julio Bocca and Ricky Pashkus musical comedy school where he perfected himself in stage art. He made a career in nightclubs where he did drag shows.
