From 28 October, the Mar Dulce Gallery will inaugurate the exhibition “Razón o rima”, with the paintings of the artist Diego Ontivero, that in this way he will return to the Uriarte campus 1490.

Through mysterious and melodic works of the new series, This artist will have his second exhibition in Mar Dulce, with a total of 18 paintings that can be seen from Tuesday to Saturday 16 a 19 hours, until the 2 from December.

These new pieces that make up “Reason or Rhyme” were created in acrylic on fabric and frame..

Through them, Ontivero hints at the possibility of a turn, in one jump; their indifference to whoever is looking is an animal way of crouching. The mutual threat is modulated in the pixelated haze that prevents vision, in decorative chinoiserie that is both tattoo and camouflage, in the cavities and fissures that mark past combats, on the diffuse scale in environments of imminent darkness that resonate like childhood nightmares.
