This Wednesday 7 December the Uniclub will receive the mythical Discharge, one of the most important bands in the development of punk and metal that will be giving its first concert in Argentina.

The band will play at the Guardia Vieja venue 3360 within the framework of the world tour that celebrates the 40 anniversary of “Hear nothing, see nothing, say nothing”, one of the most significant albums of his career and one of the banners of the origin of D-beat.

His influence reached many future thrash bands., grind, and death metal who consider this group as their greatest influence. Such is the case of groups like Napalm Death and S.O.B who were strongly influenced by Discharge and even formed as bands due to their taste for this group..

Also cases like Hellhammer/Celtic Frost, Bathory, Grave, Slayer, Anthrax and Metallica have cited Discharge's hardcore punk era as one of their main influences..
