Despite its availability via streaming, "Duna" has become good news for theaters in the United States, since it managed to raise 40 millions of dollars.

The new film version of this production, directed by Denis Villeneuve to 37 years of David Lynch, achieved this weekend 40,1 million dollars in its release in US theaters, although it was also available on the HBO Max television platform without any added charge.
