“Menú Bonaerense” and “Moscow that no longer exists” are the first titles of the year announced by Ediciones Bonaerenses. Both can be downloaded for free.

First, “Menú Bonaerense” is the first cookbook from Ediciones Bonaerenses. A book that provides a first look at the origins of that identity through sixty-eight recipes curated by the renowned chef Juan Braceli..

On the other hand, “Moscow that no longer exists” is the novel by Marina Berri, is the work that received the second award of the Hebe Uhart Novel Prize 2023, contest in which they participated 284 novels sent by writers from all over the province and whose jury was made up of Juan José Becerra, Gloria Peirano and Marie Gouiric.

Peirano precisely described it as “a different novel, innovative, search, that opens writing to the future”.
