The Bellas Artes presents the third edition of the cycle "Mira Pa’ Ca "
Through the online platform Cont.Ar, the National Museum of Fine Arts will carry out the cycle "Mira Pa’ Ca ", a meeting that will disseminate Latin American film productions.
This is the third edition of a meeting that can be enjoyed freely and free of charge and will feature 27 movies from 17 countries.
In order to spread and strengthen the film industry in the region, the cycle will take place between this Thursday 17 September and will run until next month, under the organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, the Secretariat of Media and Public Communication and the embassies of all the countries that will meet.
With Spain and Portugal as invited European countries, the films that will be screened during the cycle come from our country, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, The Savior, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
The participating films are contemporary and have been chosen to participate for their quality and their representativeness. The set will offer the viewer a mosaic of the social experience, politics and aesthetics of Iberoamerica.
"The biggest house in the world" (2015) and "Hostal Don Tulio" (2019), both Guatemalan, are the productions that will open the cycle. The two productions can be seen again on Friday 18 And the saturday 19 of September.
