This Friday 7 July the National Museum of Fine Arts will carry out the presentation of the catalog of the exhibition "León Ferrari. Recurrences ".

The presentation will be from 19, with free and free admission and Andrés Duprat will participate in it, Mariana Marchesi, Cecilia Rabossi, Ana Longoni, and Florence Battiti.

It is worth remembering that "Recurrences" is the first individual exhibition that the Museum dedicates to the Argentine artist. It can be visited until 13 August at the Temporary Exhibition Pavilion of the Fine Arts, from Tuesday to Friday, of 11 a 20 and on Saturdays and Sundays, of 10 a 20.

The exhibition is a realization organized together with the Fundación Augusto y León Ferrari Arte y Acervo (FALFAA), and curated by Cecilia Rabossi and Andrés Duprat. During your tour, visitors will be able to appreciate near 250 works, including drawings, paints, collages, engravings, objects, blueprints, plans and ceramics of the period 1960-2011.

Regarding the catalog, is a work of 400 pages, in bilingual edition –in Spanish and English–, which also exhibits a series of writings by León Ferrari, with his reflections on artistic practice. further, It has essays by the prestigious researchers Andrea Giunta and Eduardo Grüner, texts by Duprat and Rabossi, analysis of the four thematic nuclei of the exhibition, images and information of the body of exhibited works, and an extensive chronology on the artist specially produced by Rabossi and Carolina Jozami.
