After the opening of the call, the Minister of Culture of the City Enrique Avogadro highlighted the accompaniment to the audiovisual sector of the City, giving you "more tools that drive the development of the industry". Incubator BAFC is aimed at producers, scriptwriters and directors with at least two credits of verifiable previous experience and who have a series idea to develop. The selected projects may have professional advice for four months. With the help of an industry leader who will act as a guide, they will be able to put together a folder with all the project information and then present it in an international business round organized by the BAFC.. The mentors belong to the most outstanding audiovisual production companies in the country and the City with experience in the international market: Haddock (“The Secret in Their Eyes”, “Thursday's widows”, “Carmel” Netflix, “The night of 12 years” Netflix); Kapow (“Stockholm” Netflix, "The president" Amazon and "The pack" Amazon); K&S (“Wild tales”, “Odyssey giles” Y “The kingdom” Netflix, “The two Popes” Netflix / local production, “Focus” local production); Pampa Films (“A Chinese story”, “The inventor of games”, “Black snow”, “Monsoon” Telefé/ Netflix); and Zeppelin Studio (“Rooster days” HBO Max, “Nahir” Y “Pepita the holster” in development for Warner Media / HBO Max).

Incubator BAFC is the only call of this type in the City of Buenos Aires, since it accompanies and promotes the project from its initial idea, that is to say, projects do not need to be scripted at this stage; values ​​the participation of women in decision-making positions; and the jury is made up of referents from the cultural and cinematographic field.
