The Cine Teatro del Plata reprises the comedy "Burguesa"
The comedy "Burguesa" will return to the stages of the Complejo Teatral de Buenos Aires from Saturday 9 of September, under the direction of Sebastián Bauzá.
The return of this work based on Molière's classic "The bourgeois gentleman" and which was written by Alfredo Allende will take place at the Cine Teatro El Plata located on Avenida Juan Bautista Alberdi 5765, after his successful cycle at the Teatro Sarmiento.
Starring Merceditas Elordi, Patrick Peace, Bianca Vicari and Juan Pablo Carrasco, "Bourgeois" will have performances on weekends from 17 hours (until the 15 October), with tickets that can be obtained at the theater ticket offices or through the official website of the CTBA.
The work is located in 1966, right in Ramos Mejía, where a woman will aspire to be admitted as a resident of a recognized country. For this reason and in order to achieve its purpose, he'll take art lessons and splurge his money on modern painting, to rub shoulders with avant-garde artists.
But nevertheless, his devoted daughter, the dancing butler and a socialist professor will fight to convince her of her lack of lineage.
