The Cultural San Martín celebrates its 50 years of life
One of the most important venues that the City of Buenos Aires has, such as the Cultural San Martín celebrates its first Friday 50 years of life and prepares to celebrate them through their social networks.
What is the proposal for this anniversary? That users resort to collective memory, emphasizing the moment they met the compound located on Sarmiento street.
This activity will not only take place on Friday, It is a proposal that will last throughout the month, in order to remember the institutional history, remembering personalities who passed through the space and –mainly- interact with the public, who is part of the institutional memory and makes El Cultural a living space.
In that context, the director of the venue Diego Berardo stated that “during all this time they visited us to see works by prominent authors or new playwrights, to witness the most daring dance productions or access the most diverse film series, music and visual arts ”.
The manager added: "Perhaps they have come to listen to many of the most important pens in contemporary literature, to Electronic November to see the best of digital culture or simply to take one of the hundreds of workshops that we offer throughout our existence ”.
