Carlitos Balá was already a legend. Perhaps many need the passage to immortality to be, but he simply revalidated a title that he knew how to get based on work, talent, humility and, especially, for the devotion he had to an audience that sometimes seems to be forgotten: the youngest.

just, those little ones grew up one day and counted – a thousand times- anecdotes of a childhood that had him as the protagonist. As a lunch companion, as a thief of smiles after school or as a faithful caretaker of something as important and invaluable to a boy as his pacifier or bottle.

Carlitos was never behind the flashes, of recognition or marquees. He was always the same one who one day dared to climb the Line 39 to tell a joke without asking for anything in return, or to phone the hundreds of fans who left him their number and he called them to say hello for their birthday.

we believed him, we believe you and we will always believe you. No matter the age. Angueto will always be that dog that looks at us and wags his tail at us, without sitting still. Charlie Brown, you can fly high that we are going to take care of him and we will sing your song with him.

Regardless of the decade, he was always there and brought smiles. not just boys, was part of the family, of the everyday. Who did not call his old and beloved car “carrindanga” that capriciously did not want to drive one day?? Or who did not doubt the taste that salt really had until Carlitos confirmed it??
