"The Golden", the new exhibition that arrives at Fundación Proa

The Proa Foundation will inaugurate "El Dorado" in April, its new exhibition that can be enjoyed until August in the traditional Buenos Aires venue.

Through an idea and project of the Americas Society of New York, next to the Amparo de Puebla Museum, in Mexico and the National Foundation itself, the exhibition investigates the myth about El Dorado in America.

Thanks to this work, the work of 40 Latin American artists with contemporary achievements. The exhibition focuses on the Territory and the riches, both minerals and raw materials, that changed the world order in the fifteenth century.

With a Curatorial committee made up of Aimé Iglesias Lukin, Ramiro Martinez and Adriana Rosenberg, the public will have the opportunity to enjoy a set of works that, from the video, the installations, performance and various artistic disciplines, highlights the wealth of materials and cultures present, thanks to the collaboration of artists, institutions and galleries of the continent.
