Coinciding with a time when the virus and care are common, the Espacio Byte - the first museum of digital art that works entirely online- presents “Viral attack!”, your new exhibition.

The sample refers to the first computer pandemics, where viruses caused more of a headache for users. In this way, an approach will be made to the aesthetic dimension of disruptive phenomena in the digital ecosystem.

According to Enrique Salmoiraghi, general director of the Museum, the curatorial project raises an analogy between pandemics in the biological and digital sphere, and how both end up interfering in the dynamics of human activities.

"Viral attack!”Is a reflection on how technology has been integrated into contemporary society and it is impossible to consider the human and digital as separate entities.
