The Biarritz Film Festival opened the call for its new edition
The Biarritz Amérique Latine Festival announced the opening of its calls for Latin American films to participate in its 30th edition, to be held in the French city of Biarritz, of the 27 from september to 3 October.
Argentine films unpublished in France and produced between September of 2020 and September of 2021.
The call is open for the following competitions:
– Short film competition: registrations until 17 of May
– Documentary Feature Film Competition: registrations until 18 of May
– Fiction feature film competition: registrations until 21 of June

The Biarritz Festival aims to promote the knowledge and dissemination of the cinema and cultures of Latin America. Argentine cinema has been one of the main protagonists in its different editions, in which in recent years productions such as "The invisible look" have been awarded, by Diego Lerman (2010); "Damian Kryyga", by Alejandro Fernández Mouján (2016), "A kind of family", by Diego Lerman (2017); "The flower", Mariano Llinás (2018); "Good intentions", Ana García Blaya (2019); "Life in common", by Ezequiel Yanco (2019), and "Offering", by Juan María Mónaco (2020).
