The third edition of the International Festival of Audiovisual Production (FAIR), generated by the International Network of Audiovisual Clusters to promote an associative cinema, will be done between 2 and the 22 November anticipating filming in America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, Africa and Antarctica, respecting the sanitary regulations of each place.

The meeting had the antecedents of 2018 in the Buenos Aires town of San Clemente del Tuyú (where four feature films proposed by Chile were made, Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina and two documentaries, one in traditional format and one in 360) and last year in Aguascalientes, Mexico) where nine feature films proposed by Chile were made, Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina and a documentary of the festival development process.
