The same statement said that the ceremony will consist of "delivery 6 plates, one each musician and it will be conducted by Emilio Monzó, President of the Chamber of Deputies, the chairman of the Committee on Culture, Deputy Daniel Filmus and driving the tribute, Congresswoman Victoria Donda ".
