INCAA will grant aid for the resumption of filming

The National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA) announced that it will grant financial aid of up to 4 millions of pesos, for only this time, to pre-classified productions of interest or contest winners that resume pre-production tasks.

This measure will also cover shootings interrupted by the measures of "Social Isolation, Preventive and Mandatory " (ASPO) upon declaration of quarantine.

The measure was approved by Resolution 60/2021 which was published today in the Official Gazette, y se hará efectiva con la entrada en vigencia delProtocolo General para la Prevención del Covid-19 en el Rodajeaprobado por el Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación.

These financial aid will be paid once the start of filming is accredited, in accordance with current INCAA regulations. It is an advance of the subsidy for other forms of exhibition, and the amount will be compensated in the opportunity in which the film accredits the requirements for its perception.

Film production companies will be obliged to present an expense report in which the destination of the financial aid amounts is reported.. All procedures will be carried out through the INCAA online platform.
