From the Buenos Aires Culture area, together with TIMBRe4, the launch of the call "Theater without Theater" was recently announced, that seeks to promote the production of works in audiovisual format, specially designed to be broadcast on the website of the traditional venue and on the Cultura en Casa site.

Proposed projects must be unpublished, exclusively intended as a premiere for this call and may not have participated in another similar call.

The proposal to be developed must be a piece in audiovisual format recorded and conceived from a scenic perspective, where the concepts of body are applied, space and time. The trigger will be the word: "Protocol", being able to freely propose from this concept. At the same time, the duration of the work must be at least 10 minutes and maximum 20 minutes. Proposals must include at least two actors. Likewise, Participants must respect the health security measures in force at the time of carrying out the work.

The deadline for submitting proposals is the 20 of September. Of the total projects delivered, will be selected only 10 by a jury from Timbre4. The winning projects will receive 20 thousand pesos and will be exhibited through the Timbre4 platform from Friday 23 October, on the website Cultura en Casa, and replicated by international institutions in Chile, Uruguay and Spain, to be confirmed, as freely accessible content.

This call aims to stimulate the reflection and production of scenic creators and invite them to think about the possibilities of expressive movements that enable the use of audiovisual language; generate a workspace within the independent field and disseminate creations in digital format; enable an exchange space with creators residing in Argentina. And host and disseminate diverse proposals from independent performing artists.

Once the call is closed, The projects that are selected will be notified directly on Monday 28 of September. They will also be published on TIMBRe4 networks.

The final piece must be delivered to Timbre4, in high-quality video format at most the day 18 October.

Regarding the application, should be sent by mail to timbre4@timbre4.com in a single PDF file, titled with the name of the project. The subject of the email must be: Call Ringtone Connection / Name of the project manager. Projects that do not respect these indications will not be accepted.

Applications will be received until Sunday 20 September at 11:59 p.m., any application after this date and time will be rejected.
