With a call for projects that runs until 15 from December, the Municipality of Escobar, through its Culture area, will carry out its first Mobile Film Festival.

The meeting aims to reflect the current theme of social isolation and for this it made the call for short films made with mobile devices. In that context, Realizations that do not exceed four minutes will be received.

The summons may participate over 18 years, Argentines or foreigners and also minors with the supervision of a senior.

The jury that will evaluate these projects is confirmed and has the presence of the actor, director and producer Damián Canduci; director and screenwriter Natalia Smirnoff; the director and writer Juan Carlos Villalba; producer Cecilia Diez; visual artist, teacher and cultural manager Nicolás Fernández Rubio and the journalist, critic and producer Héctor Repetto.

Winning proposals will receive awards such as film sets, made up of tablets, extendable tripods, windshield microphones and LED lamps for professional photography, which will go to the best short film chosen by the jury, also the one chosen by the public and the best video art.
