The Museum of Popular Art presented its new exhibitions

As part of the official opening of the season, The José Hernández Museum of Popular Art recently presented its brand new exhibitions.

With great attendance of the public, The traditional Buenos Aires venue located on Avenida del Libertador began the XX Exhibition of Textile Art in Small and Medium Format and Con-sense Heritage, that can be enjoyed until September.

The Textile Art Show is a MAP classic and within the framework of its twentieth anniversary, will offer the most emblematic works of the collection, organized together with the Association of Friends.

Open until 15 of September, The Textile Art Salon is an event already established in the Argentine cultural panorama that grows year after year with a high participation and turnover of artists and proposals.

On the other hand, Con-sense Heritage will be open until 2 of September, presenting a selection of works from the MAP heritage in the light of a current perspective, stimulating evocations of memory, life stories, aromas, sounds, textures, colors.

Both exhibitions will feature a varied program of public activities that include free workshops on various craft techniques., a film series, talks and live music.
