The traveling photography museum FoLa continues to tour the country

Latin American Fototeca (Blood) continues its tour of the country with its traveling photography museum, which can be freely visited.

The museum brings together a series of works belonging to national authors of different generations and styles. Soon it will be in Adolfo Alsina, Bahía Blanca and Mar del Plata.

The collection features a total of 42 personalities of Argentine history, of different generations and styles. FoLa aims, At the end of the year, complete the 7 thousand kilometers traveled, having passed through 11 provinces and 30 cities.

Gaston Deleau, director and founder of the Fototeca expresses that this has been "a dream project" that "exceeded all our expectations". In total “we traveled more than 7 thousand kilometers and we visited more than 30 cities of 11 provinces. The love and gratitude we received was incredible., the emotions we treasure will be indelible, as the memory of Osi and his family in Mendoza, from Luján and his little brother in Concordia or from Valentina in Santiago del Estero, life stories that mark forever. The dream we had came true. Now we will continue working for a 2023 with new adventures and emotions”.

Since January, the Latin American Photo Library tours the country with an exhibition featuring photographers such as Grete Stern, Annemarie Heinrich, Sara Facio, Helen Salt, Horace Coppola, Giann Bulacio, Alejandro Lopez, Maria Ines Paz, Marcelo Abud, Fabian Gonzalez and Gustavo Nelles. Added to the permanent proposal is the projection of images from 10 Y 30 photographers from each city. that is complemented, at the same time, with a rolling library, projection of documentaries and talk spaces that take place with the local inhabitants of the site visited by FoLa.

The next destinations will be in the province of Buenos Aires: Adolfo Alsina (14 of November), White Bay (21 of November) and Mar del Plata (28 of November). This is how the tour that has already passed through the cities of Mendoza continues, Rosario, Concordia, Rafaela, Córdoba, Santiago del Estero, Salta, Jujuy, San Juan, Saint Louis and Saint Rose.
