The Modern Museum offers free online art workshops

Through Museums and Cultural Spaces of the City, the Ministry of Culture presents a wide range of art courses and workshops to investigate new disciplines and explore new facets.

The first instance of the proposals will be provided by the Modern Museum and can be enjoyed for free, from Wednesday. It is only necessary a previous registration through the platform of the venue itself.

First appears the Permanent Seminary of Argentine Art, a cycle of courses exploring the museum's collection and exhibits. It will take place for the third consecutive year.

The edition 2021 it will be carried out in seven modules, between the months of May and December. It is a public program developed by the educational team of the Museum of Modern Art, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the City, aimed at all audiences, designed based on the themes and debates present in the exhibitions and the heritage of the institution.

It takes the form of seminars given by leading artists and thinkers from the local scene.

Module one, dictated by Silvia Dolinko, covers "Scenes of art in Argentina in the sixties" and –in addition to today- will continue on Wednesdays 19 Y 26 of May, Wednesday 2 of June. Of 18 a 19.30.

Second are the "Musical Lines", workshop to explore the relationship between music and drawing. From everyday objects inspired by popular songs, it is proposed to generate various sounds that will find multiple forms in the drawings..

A cargo de Willy Fishman, this workshop will take place on Saturday 15 of 11 a 13.

Finally "Landscapes Of The Future" is a meeting to learn about the manual collage technique and explore its creative and poetic possibilities., with Ignacio Rivas.

In this opportunity, the workshop will take place on Saturday 22 of 11 a 13 hours.
