The musical "My imaginary gift" arrives at the Teatro de la Ribera
Beginning Sunday 3 July “My imaginary gift”, the musical work by Pablo Gorlero that proposes a trip to the universe of Hugo Midón and Carlos Gianni, can be seen at the Teatro de la Ribera.
Performances will be on Saturdays and Sundays from 15 and up 21 of August; while in the winter holidays the show will be on the billboard from Tuesday to Sunday at the same time.
The play is a musical for adults and children, which features performances by Ana María Cores, Alexander Vazquez, Jorge Maselli, Fernando Avalle, Tree Bercovich, Augustine D’Angelo, Lucas Gentili, Lucien Gilabert, Tatiana Luna, Flavia Pereda, Julian Pucheta and Pilar Rodriguez Rey.
Ten years after the departure of Hugo Midón, in 2021 this musical was born, that recreates the author's universe by proposing a magical journey of imaginative search. In this way, he celebrates the duo that formed Carlos Gianni and that marked several generations since the 1970s.
In the history, the reunion between two friends will take place, Humi and Carlog (alter egos of Midón and Gianni's clowns), with the sensitive objective of recovering hugs and face-to-face communication, is the axis of this musical.
From the game proposed by the emblematic songs of the duo, their most inspiring themes are passed: friendship, freedom, the tolerance, respect. From now, there will be no shortage of those who want to defeat Humi's objective, Carlogi, music (mix of a nice aunt with macanuda fairy) and the troupe of clowns.
