The pianist and guitarist Gastón Massenzio presents his sixth studio album, homonymous name, which already can be enjoyed through digital platforms, under the production of Claudio Lafalce.

The brand new plate also, has the presence of prominent musicians as guests and the likes of Fernando Samalea and Lucy Patané, among others.

Massenzio carried out this new work during the isolation lived during the year 2020, and is almost entirely composed from the piano, his first instrument.

In the artist's words “the concept is the result of connecting with all my most sincere inner music, stripped and lyrical. A connection with sincerity, the beauty and condensation of my fundamental influences, those that marked me and made me who I am ”and added: "That is why this is a self-titled album., that bears my identity and my name ".

Unlike his previous albums, in which the artist showed off his mastery in the experimentation between the different tunings of the guitar and his voice, in this opportunity, the aesthetic and instrumental choice proposes a totally new sound and conceptual story, since the main melodic pairing is between the piano and the voice. However, It should be noted that the artist is also in charge of stamping his talent in all the guitars that sound on the album.

Likewise, in this sixth record work, sophisticated and dazzling arrangements that unfold a transformative atmosphere take center stage, only, intimate and precise in every song. As in all his discography, Massenzio prints his author's stamp.
