"The fugitive", by Natalia Meta, will be the Argentine representative at the Oscars
The production "The fugitive", by Natalia Meta was chosen by the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Argentina to represent the country in the next edition of the Oscar Awards.
The meeting for the highest award given by the Seventh Art will take place on 27 March in the United States and the Meta film will be part of the category "Best Foreign Film" if it manages to avoid two selection processes, in charge of the members of the Hollywood Academy.
"The fugitive", features the performances of Érica Rivas, Nahuel Pérez Biscayart, Daniel hendler, Guillermo Arengo, Agustín Rittano, Gabriela Pastor and Flor Dyszel, plus the participations Cecilia Roth and Mirta Busnelli.
Regarding its history, this psychological thriller is inspired by the novel “The lesser evil”, why. Error. According to the director, "The idea of giving dreams an ontological hierarchy and a degree of existence".
