Recently and in order to provide a greater number of learning tools, the virtual workshops of the Cultural Program in Neighborhoods can be carried out in Classroom, the google platform.

The initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the City of Buenos Aires, through the Directorate General for Book Promotion, Libraries and Culture will arrive for free this month with more than 150 weekly proposals from different disciplines so that their participants learn where, how and when they want.

The Cultural Program in Barrios and its 36 Cultural Centers continue to transform to continue promoting cultural development in the City in a safe way. People who sign up for the PCB Virtual Room will be able to access virtual theater workshops, dance, music, circus, design, literature and visual arts, among other disciplines.

The fundamental contribution of this new tool is that, due to the characteristics of the platform, students will be able to learn what they like best asynchronously. The workshops will take place in Google Classroom hosting new study material week by week, with realization of tasks and practical activities each 15 days.

Among the proposals for this edition there will be artistic screen printing workshops, drawing and painting for seniors, home games for the whole family, bakery and pastry, video editing, performing theatrical masks, ceramics, binding and production of handicraft fabrics, among other options.

A 36 years of its formation, the Cultural Program in Barrios continues in force and in constant growth, establishing itself in its function of cultural promoter through a permanent update of its content offer, embracing new audiences and cultural horizons.

Those interested and interested will be able to see the complete offer and register from the 14 until the 21 of June, entering www.buenosaires.gob.ar/inscripciontalleres. The workshops will begin on 28 June and will last until November.
