The National Visual Arts Hall opens the doors of its edition 109

The edition 109 of the traditional National Salon of Visual Arts that runs the Palais de Glace will open its doors from 2 September and in two different locations.

First, With free entry (until the capacity of the showrooms is complete), the exhibition will be at the Kirchner Cultural Center (Sarmiento 151) until the 15 October. In the same way, It can also be seen at the National House of the Bicentennial (Riobamba 985). Regarding this headquarters, the exhibition will remain until 31 October.

Thus, the public will be able to enjoy 266 works, 162 will be exhibited at the National House of the Bicentennial and 104 in the CCK.

Twenty-seven will be the awarded works: three best works in each of the eight categories (ceramics, drawing, sculpture, Photography, Recorded, facilities and alternative means, painting and textiles) and three best works, acquisition of the set of categories:

Acquisition award PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACIÓN for the first best work of the National Visual Arts Hall: $500.000

Acquisition award for the second best work of the National Visual Arts Hall: $330.000

Acquisition award for the third best work of the National Visual Arts Hall: $250.000

Non-acquisition award to the first best work in each category: $110.000

Non-acquisition award to the second best work in each category: $80.000

Non-acquisition award to the third best work in each category: $60.000

The exhibition can be visited during the following days and times:

Kirchner Cultural Center: from Wednesday to Sunday from 14 a 20 by reservation at CCK.

National House of the Bicentennial: from Thursday to Sunday from 15 a 19 without prior reservation (income in order of arrival until full capacity).
