This Sunday, from 20 and online, the Colón Theater will celebrate 250 years since the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven with a special concert.

The homage to one of the most important composers in history will be in charge of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Buenos Aires and the Maisky Trío. The show, directed by Enrique Arturo Diemecke, was registered for the season 2018 offered by the traditional Buenos Aires venue.

Regarding the prestigious trio, It is composed by Mischa Maisky on cello with her children the Belgian violinist Sascha and the French pianist Lily.

The repertoire that can be enjoyed is made up of three pieces by the German composer: “Overture Coriolano Op. 62”, the "Triple Op Concert. 56 in C Major ”and the“ Symphony No. 7 in A Major, On. 92”.
