Estrena “Winnie the Pooh”, a bloody version of the children's classic

This Thursday will hit theaters in the country "Winnie the Pooh: honey and blood, horror film based on the classic children's character.

Within the so-called slasher genre, the film is the first that Terrorífico Films makes under its line of reversals of characters from children's stories.

In this context and in order to celebrate the arrival of this new proposal, the distributor will hold three avants premieres that will take place in Buenos Aires, Cordoba and Rosario, where in addition to watching the movie there will be tours with a cosplayer and a draw for various surprises related to the film.

“Winnie the Pooh, Honey and Blood” has quickly become one of the films of the year thanks to the impact it generated even before its premiere. From the death threats to its director to the box office success in its first commercial release in Mexico (almost 1 million dollars in its opening weekend). The film has generated a great conversation in networks and media, becoming the second most anticipated premiere of the year according to the IMDB portal.

But this is not all. To continue with the saga of films based on popular characters, The distributor has in its line up titles such as "The Mean One" (the terrifying version of “The Grinch”), “Peter Pan”, "Alice in Wonderland" and "Winnie the Pooh 2".

Directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, the film tells how the days of adventures and fun of Pooh and Piglet have come to an end. Forgotten and Abandoned by Christopher Robin, they had to fend for themselves, going wild and, in a blood frenzy, will terrorize a group of young people isolated in a remote cabin.
