The shows "Antarctica", by Analía Fedra García and Federico Bianchini and “Fenómenos” by Gerardo Hochman are the first premieres of the Buenos Aires Theater Complex within the framework of the “Banco Ciudad Award for the Performing Arts”.

This award, that seeks to encourage the independent theater circuit, It is a joint action that is developed between the aforementioned bank and the CTBA. In that context, each of the projects received a remuneration of 500 thousand pesos destined to the financing of creation and production.

The first of the works to go on stage will be "Antarctica", that will be presenting from this friday 5 of November (from 20.15) at La Carpintería Theater, located on Jean Jaures 858.

"Antarctica" has a cast made up of Bianchini himself, Juan Ignacio Bianco, María Figueras and Julián Pucheta. As for the functions, They will be every Friday with tickets for sale through Alternativa Teatral and at the box office of the place.

At the same time, on Friday 12 of November (from 21) it will be the turn of "Phenomena, words and parables ”in El Galpón de Guevara. The work is based on the book "Fenómenos de circo" by Argentine writer Ana María Shua.

In this case the cast is made up of Lucas Bustos, Damien Torres, Pablo Morizio, Julieta Pachamé, Victoria Larrambebere, Evelin Bustos, Rodrigo Fernandez Madrid, Eleonora de Souza and Marcelo Duclós.

The functions will be Friday and Saturday, until the 18 from December; with locations that are also for sale through Alternativa Teatral and at the box office of the theater located on Guevara 326.
