The renowned announcer died, driver and writer Tom Lupo
Carlos Luis Galanternik, better known as Tom Lupo, passed away at 74 years after fighting the aftermath of a serious car accident in 2015.
Psychoanalyst and poet, Lupo became a voice that left its mark on the radio, especially in his "Tom Lupo Show", that was broadcast through the FM Radio Municipal and that gave a significant space to bands that would later become the most prominent within the national rock and pop scene.
Likewise, became the editor of magazines like "Alfonsina", "Bananas" and "Twist y Gritos" and had participation in various graphic media. At the same time, wrote two books. The first –edited in 1979- was "Words for the Sphinx, poetry and psychoanalysis ”and the second saw the light in 2004: “Entre Muebles y sombras”, a compilation of poems and other texts.
Showing off his poetic side, recited great authors of different kinds and had television series such as "Neosonido" and "Cultural Agenda" on the screen of Public Television, “Volver Rock” and “Medios y Comunicación”.
