Written by Mora Monteleone and co-directed by María Sevlever, the play “Fiesta en el jardín” presents a selection of stories by Katherine Mansfield on the stage of the Cultural San Martín.

Delivering a young and current look, This work is presented on Saturdays and Sundays in the traditional Buenos Aires venue located on Sarmiento street, offering a show with eight actors on stage.

Monteleone also integrates the cast along with Lucía Tomas, Nahuel Monastery, Orlando Alfonso, Juan Manuel Artaza, Violeta Postolski, Manuela Roca and Martina Krasinsky.

"Garden Party" also includes audiovisual projections by Lucia Osorio, stage design by Micaela Sleigh - crossed by a dazzling visual installation that is part of the set design- and with the participation of different poets who act as special guests in each of the functions.

As explained by Mora Monteleone, “Katherine Mansfield's characters have the unbearable feeling of not living the way they want to., but at the same time not sure how they would like to live. This play is about our generation. Between the desire for freedom and the fear of loneliness, those of us who were born in the nineties peeked into a black hole. The same one where Mansfield, hundred years ago, he also saw his contemporaries lose themselves”.

With respect to localities, They can be obtained through TuEntrada.com or at the ticket offices of the venue.
