During the regular meeting held on Thursday, the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires declared the musician Fito Paez "Outstanding Personality of Culture", in recognition of his career and his contribution to national music.

Paez recognition came through a project presented by the Buenos Aires Congresswoman Andrea Conde (Citizens unit), which it was approved unanimously. According to Conde own, Rosario "immortal form part of the living culture, past and present CABA, so we understand that it is extremely conducive to grant the proposed statement ".

Born in 1963, Fito Páez recorded their first albums in the Panda studies Floresta neighborhood. Years later, choose Buenos Aires to set up his own studio: Circo Beat.

Continuing its activities, the musician will be presented on Sunday under the Movistar Fri Music to be held in the Palermo Hippodrome, fully sold out.

After this concert, Paez reprise his Latin American tour and will be in Pasto (Colombia) the 26 of June; Guayaquil (Ecuador), the 29 and Bogota (Colombia), on July.
