Fito Páez was again nominated for the Grammy Award

The prominent artist from Rosario Fito Páez received a new Grammy Award nomination in the category "Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album" for his album "Los años salvajes".

With eleven awards to his credit, Páez was nominated for the third time for the aforementioned awards in the same category. The delivery ceremony will take place on Sunday. 5 February at the Crypto.com Arena in the city of Los Angeles.

The musician had his first gramophone in 2021, in the framework of the ceremony number 63 for his album “La conquista del espacio”.

“Los años salvajes” was previously a winner at the Latin Grammys 2022 in the category Best Pop/Rock Album and the song "The best of our lives", part of this work, was chosen as Best Rock Song.

On the other hand, Páez added a third statuette in this 23rd edition with the award for Best Pop/Rock Song, for his collaboration with Carlos Vives in “Babel”.

Previously, the Latin Recording Academy gave Fito, el Premio LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD 2021 (for Musical Excellence), recognition given to performers who have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic value to Latin music and their communities during their careers.

At the same time, the musician will begin in February a series of concerts at the national and international level, starting the 19 under the Cosquín Rock, where he will continue with the tour celebrating the anniversary of the album "Love after love".

Within that context, Fito will be the 22 in the Chilean city of Viña del Mar, the first of April at the Vélez Stadium, the 15 in the Cultural Multispace of Luján de Cuyo (Mendoza) and then he will travel to Porto Alegre in May, where it will be in the Araújo Vianna Auditorium (6) and at the Movistar Arena in Bogotá, Colombia (20).
