With twelve unique functions from April, the renowned actor Héctor Alterio will say goodbye to the national stages with an intimate show directed by Ángela Bacaicoa.

"To Buenos Aires" is the name of this story that will premiere the 7 April at the Teatro Astros and will portray a round trip between Buenos Aires and Madrid.

surrounded by poetry, music and emotion, Alterio will narrate his path with love and humor, experience and anecdotes, accompanied by the music of Juan Esteban Cuacci.

Alterio is one of the most recognized actors in our country, starring in major productions. It is worth noting that four of the first five films where he had a leading role were selected for the Oscars.

Those titles were "The Truce" (1974), “Camila” (1984) and "The Son of the Bride" (2001), being "The official story" the first national production to obtain the highest award for cinema in 1985.

This show has the dramaturgy of Ángela Bacaicoa, Alterio's life partner, which recounts how Héctor, when he was forty years old,, in 1974, He went to Spain to receive an award and when he wanted to return, there were no return planes for him.

In "To Buenos Aires", Alterio recites tangos, that was the poetry in which he was carved as a child, and will be basting the emotion of all these years between León Felipe, Catullus Castle, Piazzolla, Horace Ferrer, Hamlet Lima Quintana and Eladia Blázquez.

The functions will be from Friday to Sunday starting at 20.30. With respect to entries, will be available with promotional prices from the first to the 12 of March. They can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Buenos Aires venue or on the official site of the Teatro Astros.
