Horacio Roca will star in "Tibio" at the Moscow Theater

Actor Horacio Roca will play the character of Joaquín Rodríguez Janssen in “Tibio”, the play written and directed by Mariano Saba that will premiere this Saturday 23 October on the Moscow Theater stage.

Starting at 19, the work to be carried out at the Ramírez de Velasco site 535 will offer performances every Saturday through 27 of November, with locations that can be purchased through the Alternative system.

This new staging places the viewer in the Argentina of 1979. There will appear Janssen who teaches Spanish literature in a secondary school.

By this means and from the reading of certain texts by Unamuno, will argue with a student named Sánchez. Due, the altercation will lead him to question his teaching role and will activate the control of the school authorities.

The protagonist will develop an intimate debate on the link between literature and reality. And suddenly the mysterious absence of Sánchez, will definitely lead you to the dilemma between committing or keeping quiet, a trance that will end up relating it to the situation of Unamuno himself during the Spanish Civil War.

"Tibio" is a work that thus narrates the dilemma of teaching in a dark context: the crossroads between omitting and remembering, between silence or life.
