Within the framework of the programming of the international dance season offered by the Complejo Teatral de Buenos Aires (CTBA), "I feel you" will be the first proposal of February.

Within that context, since Thursday 9 of the aforementioned month and for only four performances "I feel you" will be presented, the show of the German company Dorkypark, which has the choreography, direction and musical concept by Constanza Macras, the prominent Argentine artist living in Germany.

“I feel you” has an interpretation by Alexandra Bódi, Emil Bordás, Rob Fordeyn, Thulani Lord Mgidi and Miki Shoji. Local artist Constanza Agüero will be, also, the guest interpreter.

This show addresses complex feelings such as empathy and emotion mediated by current forms of entertainment. Based on the nature of the digital space and its effects on personal relationships, choreography is based on neurophysiological findings: the perception of the movements caused by certain emotions of a person generates the same emotions in whoever observes it.

We really "feel" with the other person in the strictest sense of the word. We can “empathize” with her. The choreography then becomes a search for what is activated in our brain, in our body, as a result of these “mirror reactions”.

The presentations will be in the Martín Coronado Hall of the San Martín Theater, with tickets that can be obtained at the ticket offices of the venue located on Corrientes 1530 or on the official website of the CTBA.
