Space opens at the Library Miguel Borges Cané

This new space will be exclusively dedicated to the dissemination of the life and work of Jorge Luis Borges, one of the most famous Argentine writers. In that context, The place will offer the possibility of seeing permanent and temporary exhibitions, an audiovisual room with interviews with the author, photographic material, digital and interactive, a room for talks, cycles and conferences and the Borges Studio, your workplace recovered and decorated with period furniture.
The inauguration aims to recover a fundamental space, given its symbolic importance, and turn it into a new cultural and literary pole around the figure of Jorge Luis Borges.

The Minister of Culture of the City will be present during the inauguration, Enrique Avogadro, Javier Martinez (who is in charge of the General Directorate of the Book, Libraries and Reading Promotion), and Maria Kodama, president of the Jorge Luis Borges International Foundation.
